✨ Healing and transformation

Over the course of four months, we’ll travel with the spiral of the year through seasonal rituals, herbalism, transformative embodiment, ancestral communication, esoteric practices, food medicine and nourishment, kundalini yoga, deep time, rest practices and creative exploration through art and the healing arts.

THE COVEN is a sacred space for alchemy and transformation —

  • Once a week we’ll gather in community over zoom for our daily practice, re-centering, and accountability.

The Coven is designed to meet you where you are and align your ten body system with the energy and gifts of the season. Meetings will take place for the worldwide community via zoom and be recorded, so if you’re unable to attend LIVE you can still catch the recording.
